A property measuring 561.44 Sq. Yards was purchased. The schedule of the plot was wrong because the available land area was miscalculated, assuming the boundary wall built on one side as the accurate boundary.

As per documents available with the sub-registrar office, the schedule mentioned the dimensions of the plot as 40 ft on one side and 42 ft on the other side.

When Secure My Plot measured the plot, it discovered that the schedule of the plot actually should have been 42 ft on both sides because the wall was actually encroaching 2 feet into the customer's plot. After taking up with the neighbor, the schedule was amended and legitimate boundary markers put, saving 2 ft x 42 ft (a total of 84 Sq.Ft of land)
